There are a number of sources of funding available for Masters students at our School. These include Queen Mary bursaries and scholarships as well as external sources of funding.
For information on scholarship opportunities currently available in the School of Biological and Behavioural Sciences, visit the central Queen Mary funding pages.
A government-backed Postgraduate Loans scheme is available for masters degrees, with loans of up to £10,000 being available for eligible students. For part-time courses, the £10,000 will be split over the number of years that the course lasts, meaning that for a two-year course, you would get up to £5,000 in each year. To check eligibility and read more about the loans visit the Queen Mary postgraduate finance pages.
For information on other sources of funding, such as funding from research councils, career development loans, and overseas scholarship schemes, visit the central Queen Mary funding pages.
