Following that I did a postdoctoral stint looking at the expression of collagen in keloids followed by another postdoc, in Bioengineering, exploring expression profiles in hepatocytes. I then taught a broad range of biology courses as a lecturer at a few very small universities (i.e. approximately 1000 students at each) while involving students in an extension of my graduate work on echinoderm tissues before moving to the UK. For the next stage of my career, I would like to start documenting my pedagogical successes and failures while getting more involved with e-learning.Undergraduate Teaching Biomedical Physiology II - Cardiovascular and Respiratory (BMD221) ResearchResearch Interests:Most of my previous work has focused on the mutable collagenous tissues of echinoderms (star-fish and their relatives), but I have also worked on collagen expression in human hypertrophic growths known as keloids. I intend to stay involved with the work on connective tissues, but I also want to begin doing pedagogical research.Publications See Greg Szulgit's Google scholar citations
