How do we know what we know? Limits to consensus in an age of individualism

Amy taught American and comparative politics at Moscow State University in 2000-2001, and also ran the Olin Institute Moscow Programme at the Russian Diplomatic Academy in 1996-1997. From 1989-1994 she served as a US diplomat in Nigeria, Germany, Ukraine and Russia. From 1986 to 1989 she was a programme officer for the Bradley Foundation, where she was responsible for evaluating and selecting projects to be funded. She studied at Harvard University in the PhD programme in government and at the University of Chicago in undergraduate studies.
