Rise Up - Women in Business and Finance

When: Wednesday, March 5, 2025, 11:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Where: Queen Mary University of London's Mile End campus at the Peston Lecture Theatre in the Graduate Centre, Mile End

Designed for female students in Years 10-12, this event aims to inspire the future generation of business and finance leaders. 

Hosted by the School of Business and Management and the School of Economics and Finance, our event will provide a taste of what business and finance studies include, insights from successful graduates from Queen Mary, and an insight into what studies at Queen Mary University of London are like. 

Event Highlights:

  • Insightful talks from successful graduates and current students
  • Academic presentations and interactive sessions with leading female academics, including Dr Lilian Schofield, Dr Lisa Diane Morrison, and Dr Eileen Tipoe.
  • Talks from student societies
  • Networking opportunities over lunch
  • An optional campus tour after the event

Students, alumni and staff will be on hand to answer any questions you may have throughout the event.
