Dr Andromachi Athanasopoulou
Andromachi is a Reader (Associate Professor) in Organisational Behaviour at the School of Business & Management, Queen Mary University of London, and an Associate Fellow at the
Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. Her research is centred around how individuals manage their leadership careers, develop leadership skills and make ethically charged and socially responsible decisions, including how these are implemented. She conducts qualitative research.
