Biography

I am a Lecturer (Assistant Professor) at the Department of Business Analytics and Applied Economics, School of Business and Management, Queen Mary University of London.  Prior to joining Queen Mary, I was a postdoctoral fellow at the Department of Industrial Economics and Technology Management, Norwegian University of Science and Technology. I hold a dual-badge Ph.D. in Operations Management from a joint research program between the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, India, and Monash University, Australia, along with a B.Tech. in Information Technology and an M.Tech. in Industrial Engineering & Management.

My research lies on the crossroads of supply chain planning, industry 4.0 technologies, and lean, with a special interest in digital supply chain twins, and sustainability. My research has been published among others in International Journal of Operations & Production Management, Computers in Industry, International Journal of Production Research, International Journal of Physical Distribution and Logistics Management, Journal of Supply Chain Management, Service Industries Journal, and Computers & Industrial Engineering.
