This role is central to enhancing student experience at the School of Business and Management. Key responsibilities include overseeing the extenuating circumstances process, managing academic advising sessions, and monitoring student retention and recruitment efforts. Additionally, the Student Engagement Manager supervises the School's Engagement Team, comprising Student Support Officers, an Academic Writing Tutor, and a Quantitative Skills Tutor. Salman reports directly to the Teaching and Learning Manager, ensuring alignment with the School's broader educational objectives and outcomes. Salman holds a Professional Certificate in Coaching, Executive Coaching from Henley Business School. Research
