QConsult allows you to utilise your creativity and problem solving skills while working on a live consultancy project for a business or charity. You will be paid to research, analyse and make recommendations that your team will present directly to the client through a short report and presentation. To get you started, you will receive pre-project training around consultancy, project management, professional and presentation skills. Teams also attend regular project coaching meetings with a QMUL supervisor and a post-project debrief where you will learn how to apply this experience to future applications and interviews.

SBM Interns work with the School of Business and Management or with local small and medium sized employers to develop their skills and gain real-life work experience. The Colorintech Immersion Programme brings the brightest students from underrepresented backgrounds to tech hubs across the world to explore what it's like to enter and thrive in the innovation economy. Students leave the Immersion Programme with a greater level of knowledge about the industry, increased confidence and a better understanding of their career options. Students are equipped with the tools and skills they need to ensure they execute on their goals successfully.
