Correct footnote:

Your footnote above should look like this:

In your own work, the same footnote would look like this:
Assault on Precinct 13, dir. by John Carpenter (CKK Corporation, 1976).

It would also have been acceptable to give the fuller title that appears on the cover:

John Carpenter's Assault on Precinct 13, dir. by John Carpenter (CKK Corporation, 1976).
