These seminars provided an opportunity to share the innovative research methodologies being employed in Building the Barricades with a wider public, as well as present preliminary findings that were emerging from the research being undertaken in Maré.
A series of seminars, public events and further creative outputs is planned for August 2021 to further disseminate the research insights to residents of Complexo da Maré, general audiences and local, national and international policy-makers responsible for the health and wellbeing of communities living in fragile urban territories.
