Profile
I read English at Oxford and received my MA from King’s College, London. My doctoral research explores ideas of rural modernism, domesticity and daily practice in the work and lives of interwar women writers, including Rosamond Lehmann, Sylvia Townsend Warner, and Virginia Woolf.
My work is funded by a Queen Mary Postgraduate Research Studentship.
I also regularly write about art and literature for the Times Literary Supplement, FT Life & Arts and Apollo.
