Dissenting Academies Project: Tutor Biographies and Academy Histories

These tutor biographies and academy histories were originally written for Dissenting Academies Online: Database and Encyclopedia, a fully searchable online resource funded by The Leverhulme Trust. The articles, written in the period 2011-13 by a wide range of scholars associated with the Dissenting Academies Project, have been extracted to form two substantial pdf documents which can be readily downloaded, enabling users more easily to make searches and comparisons:
