Francesco Fasani gave a keynote speech on "Border policies and unauthorised flows" at the Annual Research Workshop of the Central Bank of Malta. His intervention was followed by a presentation by Germano Ruisi - a former School of Economics and Finance (SEF) PhD students and currently Senior Economist at the bank - on the macroeconomic implications of foreign labour supply shocks in Malta. The workshop was opened by the Bank’s Deputy Governor Alexander Demarco. The participation of Francesco Fasani to the event is part of an ongoing research partnership between SEF and the Bank of Malta.
