Andrzej Pioch is a Visiting Professor of Finance at Queen Mary University of London in the School of Economics and Finance. He has taught at Queen Mary University since 2012. Andrzej teaches Portfolio Construction Theory and Climate Finance modules to Master’s in Finance students.
Andrzej is a senior fund manager in the Asset Management division at L&G . His responsibilities cover the portfolio management and ongoing development of both institutional and retail multi-asset funds and he leads on the management of L&G Multi-Index fund range which is a flagship L&G offering for UK advisors. Prior to joining L&G in 2014, he was a fund manager at Aviva Investors.
Andrzej’s research interests are in multi-asset portfolio construction, behavioural biases in investment decision making, climate finance and sustainable investment strategies and regulation. He has a bachelor’s degree from Utrecht University in the Netherlands and a Master’s in Finance from Bocconi University in Italy. He is also a CFA Charterholder and holds GARP’s Sustainability and Climate Risk (SCR®) Certificate.
