THP

Teaching with Historical Perspectives (THP) has been recognised as a teaching approach that enables educators to go beyond the static categorisations of standard textbooks, providing a pluralistic, historically framed approach to teaching. This approach contextualises both the phenomena under investigation and the historical perspectives on those phenomena, as interpreted through various systems of thought. Consequently, THP fosters a learning experience grounded in authenticity and pluralism. It not only engages students in the classroom but also helps them develop essential problem-solving and debating skills crucial to their professional lives.
