When I saw the soap opera [In Family] I thought, 'Oh my God, I do not believe this is happening. Geez they'll be together.’ It was a shock to me when this soap opera was aired. How did I think like that, to take that fright? What helped me to think differently were the various discussions at the school. We were listening to each other's opinion. We understood that this was only a conservative form of culture. That is a historical process.
