Whose work is it?
Washing clothes is to women to do;
To man it’s a choice, he does not need to.
The woman works with the man at the field or in the harvest
And still needs time to prepare food.
She is thinking about changing the child who is still wet.
In some families, this has already changed,
The tasks are divided, as in the reports made at the seminar.
The woman almost always has a double journey.
If she takes care of the house, they say she is a housewife,
Like taking care of the house was not work too.
Feminism and machismo are present in all ages,
In the rural area and in the city.
Let's fight for rights and equality,
In the fight against gender discrimination:
The division of labour is for everyone, whether woman or man.
