International Foundation Programme - £18,100
Once you have accepted the offer and met any conditions you will be required to pay a deposit of £2000 towards your tuition fee in order to secure your place at Queen Mary, University of London. The payment of this deposit will assist you in applying for immigration permission under Tier 4 of the UKBA (UK Border Agency) Points Based System. If your fees will be paid by a government sponsor, we do not require you to submit a deposit. We do, however, require a formal letter from your sponsor confirming the arrangement.
For further details regarding deposits please go to the International Office website.
Full details of fees policies, including arrangements for refunds, are available here.
What's included in the fees?
Tuition, exams, and core teaching materials are all included in your fees. Access to study resources on campus (including the QMUL library and campus wifi) and to university welfare services are also included.
Possible additional costs
Some lecturers may recommend that students buy set textbooks, but the Queen Mary library maintains multiple copies of all recommended texts
General printing/photocopying costs - printing facilities are widely available on-campus, and typically charged at 4p per A4 black-and-white page
Students need to pay their own transport costs when travelling to educational trips. Compulsory educational trips are free, but may contain non-compulsory elements (such as a special exhibition) which students must pay for if they wish to participate.
