Part of our PGR training programme, this event is open to PGR students only.
This workshop is an introduction to ELAN software (https://archive.mpi.nl/tla/elan/download). We will see how to transcribe and annotate a sound file and export tiers as a csv for further analysis. Students are invited to bring their own data (i.e., recordings .wav) to the session if they wish to do so. Students who have attended Tom's workshop on Whisper AI during the first term should to get in touch with me to let me know if they wish to use whisper generated files for the session.
