Russian Play 2024

On the 21st and 22nd of March students and staff of Russian showed a play based on a classic satirical novel “The Twelve Chairs” («Двенадцать стульев») written by the Soviet authors Ilya Ilf and Evgeny Petrov. The plot of the play follows characters attempting to obtain jewellery hidden in one of the chairs of a furniture set that was sold off in parts and scattered across the country.
Both nights were a big success with internal and external audience.
