Academics from MLC contribute to the MA in Translation and Adaptation, which is run by the Department of Comparative Literature and Culture.
MLC academics are also involved in teaching on the Intercollegiate MA Languages and Cultures Across Borders, which draws upon expertise from several University of London federation members.
The Department of Modern Languages and Cultures conducts research in literary, visual and cultural history from the Middle Ages to the present as well as digital media and cultures in global contexts.
