Undergraduate
Courses are the most complex pages on T4. Data for courses comes into T4 from ARCS, Planning and Admissions, and is published alongside course descriptions.
These pages are a collaboration, so you may have to work with several teams to make the changes you need.
What you can't edit
Study options and key information
These appear at the top of the page, below the header image. This information comes into T4 automatically and is managed by ARCS and planning. If you want to query or change anything in this field, email arcs-quality@qmul.ac.uk

Entry requirements
These are managed by admissions. Contact admissions directly if you want to query or change entry requirements.
Funding
Funding content is shared across all pages, with some exceptions. Discuss with your Faculty Marketing Manager in the first instance if you think this content should be changed.
Unistats data
It's a legal requirement to have this data on course pages. Queen Mary does not control the data that comes into this field, Unistats does. We cannot change this data.
About the school
Contact websupport@qmul.ac.uk if you want anything in the 'about the school' field changed.
New courses
New courses will be automatically added to the course descriptions folder as a 'pending' (orange) item. This information comes into T4 from an automated feed that ARCS manage.
You will need to edit your course description and select 'save and approve' for it to publish. As a minimum, the course needs the overview, structure and careers fields to be filled out to go live.
