The Technology Enhanced Learning Team will be providing support via the ITS Helpdesk over the Christmas period as needed, on the following dates and times:
Staff and students can raise queries via the ITS Helpdesk channels and we will endeavor to assist, on the above dates, with any e-learning related issues or queries raised in the ITS Helpdesk .
Please note: The QMUL general IT Service desk will remain open throughout the QMUL Christmas closure period (i.e. Thursday 22/12 to Monday 1/2) providing remote support only and can be contacted via the usual channels as per the IT Services website. If your query is urgent then we would strongly recommend contacting the service desk via LiveChat or on +44 020 7882 8888.
The Campus Customer Support Teams will be unavailable through the closure period and as such any support requests requiring CCS support will be progressed from Tuesday 2/1 upon their return.
