TELT Developing a New Tool for Graduate Attributes
The new tool, based on the competencies feature in QMplus, should help students to identify their graduate attributes.

Graduate Attributes are the knowledge, skills and behaviours that Queen Mary students develop as a result of their learning and experiences at university.
TELT, working alongside Queen Mary Academy, is developing a tool to support students in identifying, reflecting and communicating their graduate attributes. This tool utilises a feature of QMplus known as competencies. Course teams can use the tool to map attributes to specific activities on QMplus. When a student completes an activity, it will automatically appear in the student's e-portfolio as evidence of those attributes. Additionally, students can upload their own evidence.
If you are interested in finding out more, having a demo, or getting involved with the trialing and continued development of this tool, please contact Megan and Rume at telt@qmul.ac.uk.
