Our Promise

We put sustainability at the heart of our 2030 strategy and our approach starts at the very source; what we can do to reduce our impact on the environment?

This has led to us partnering with a local company to save otherwise wasted fruit and vegetables. So far, we have saved 22,000kg worth of emissions, 8.1M Litres of water and 17,000kg of produce. 

Our Hospitality is delivered by Electric Vehicles and we avoid using single-use plastic for all our events where possible. Our cooking oil becomes bio-fuel and fertiliser and for every bag of coffee used within our Hospitality department, our supplier provides a meal for a child in a coffee-growing region. This is so they can focus on studying and not where their next meal will come from. Now that’s Fuelling Ambition. Literally.

Our fish comes from trawlers owned by our supplier and is MSC certified, and we offer three plant based dishes as standard every day in our main dining space. Through our collaborations, we have also donated meals to children in our local borough.
