School of Geography
Home to our Geography students and overlooking the spacious Geography Square, the building has two capable lecture theatres offering the latest in audiovisual equipment for your teaching seminars and corporate events.
The seminar rooms such as Room 1.26 also offer similar features and can be utilised as smaller lecture theatres and equally in a smaller conference setting. The Drapers Lecture Theatre is both a beautiful and proficient space to hold your plenary meetings as part of a large conference event.

Drapers Lecture Theatre
An essential space in the Geography Building, is the eye-catching Drapers Lecture Theatre. The crimson red, ergonomic seats and warm, brown wood that capture the four walls are a great touch to the modern design of the room.
With 207 fixed seats, the Drapers Lecture it's equipped with 2 data projectors, a PC, HDMI/VGA laptop inputs, 2 whiteboards, screen and a visualiser.
This space would be ideal in a conference setting and utilised as a plenary room in conjunction with the various seminar rooms available for hire.

Seminar rooms
We have an extensive range of rooms within the Geography building that act as supporting rooms for your conferences and large scale events as well as private meetings. The various room layouts available include Boardroom style, Classroom, Cabaret, Theatre, Reception and even Exam.
Each room is well equipped with the fundamental AV facilities which include a teaching desk, PC, data projector, screen, whiteboard, and HDMI/VGA laptop inputs.
