Peston Lecture Theatre

The sleek yet warm colours that engulf the design only accentuate the high quality of facilities available to students, teachers and guests alike. Proudly featured throughout the Graduate Centre, Braille signage is clearly displayed next to the lift on each floor, allowing visually impaired individuals to navigate the Graduate Centre independently, enhancing their mobility, confidence and fostering an inclusive environment.

The Lecture Theatre is equipped with 200 fixed seats, white boards and a teaching desk. With state of the art audio visual equipment, this also includes 2 data projectors, PC, Blu-ray/DVD, PA, 2 visualisers, screen and lecture capture.

The 7th Floor

The breathtaking views of London from the 7th Floor, always has our guests and Queen Mary University London students inspired.

Room 701 is available to hire for private meetings, dinners and networking events and can also be set in a theatre layout - please see the room layout table further down the page.

Graduate Centre Foyer

Situated next to the Graduate Cafe, the Foyer can hold up to 200 people and is the ideal space to hold your registration for conferences and reception and networking meetings. 

Seminar Rooms

We have an extensive range of rooms within the Graduate Centre that act as supporting rooms for your conferences and large scale events as well as private meetings. The various room layouts available include Boardroom style, Classroom, Cabaret, Theatre, Reception and even Exam. 

Each room is well equipped with the fundamental AV facilities which include a teaching desk, PC, data projector, screen, whiteboard, and HDMI/VGA laptop inputs.
