Later, he continued his career in Toronto, joining an internationally renowned group in Cell Biology and advanced imaging techniques. In August 2021, Paul is back in Europe as Microscopy Facility Manager in the CMR Advanced Bio-Imaging Facility in London.ResearchAs full-time Microscopy Facility Manager, Paul runs the microscopy facility housed within the Centre for Microvascular Research (CMR). Paul responsibilities are overseeing the maintenance, operation and day-to-day use of multiple fluorescents, confocal and multiphoton microscopy platforms and image analysis workstations. Finally, Paul establishes a financially sustainable management structure for the facility, providing image analysis expertise and training for users, ensuring continuity and advancement of specialized experimental procedures and protocols.
