Profile

I am Research Health Psychologist at the Health and Lifestyle Research Unit at the Centre for the Public Health and Policy.

I have worked at the Health and Lifestyle Research Unit since completing my MSc Health Psychology in 2010. I have extensive experience of working in local community settings delivering stop smoking interventions and providing specialist behavioural support to smokers attempting to quit. I have been involved in a number of research projects that aim to improve the understanding in the treatment of tobacco dependence and supporting smokers. Additionally, I have an interest in weight management and health behaviour change.
