Profile
I am a PhD student on the Wellcome Trust Health Data in Practice programme, working with colleagues across the Wolfson Institute of Population Health and William Harvey Research Institute's Centre for Advanced Cardiovascular Imaging. My PhD research seeks to understand excess risk of multi-organ disease in cancer survivors. I am modelling complex multimodal data, integrating large-scale medical imaging with extensive linked health record data from UK Biobank, to characterise long-term multi-organ health of cancer survivors.
