Profile

I am currently pursuing a PhD in Health Economics at QMUL, focusing on the diagnosis and management of upper gastrointestinal cancers. Fully funded by Cancer Research UK as part of the CanDetect Programme, my research involves conducting economic evaluations and developing decision-analytic models to assess the cost-effectiveness of diagnostic and management strategies for UGI cancers. Utilizing large-scale UK healthcare data, I aim to provide insights into healthcare resource allocation, improving decision-making in cancer diagnosis and treatment.

My academic background includes a BSc in Economics from Lancaster and an MSc in Statistics and Operational Research from the University of Edinburgh, both of which have equipped me with strong analytical and statistical skills.

I have also been recognized with honours such as the Lancaster Award Gold and the Edinburgh Award, which highlight my dedication to professional growth and time management. My previous experience as a Statistical Analyst at Medpace has further enhanced my ability to work with complex clinical data and contribute to meaningful health research.
