Professor Rodrigo Olivares-Caminal has recently been recognized by Saudi Arabia’s Bankruptcy Commission for his collaboration in the advancement of insolvency law in the Kingdom.
This is on the back of an ongoing collaboration between the Bankruptcy Commission, the World Bank, Clifford Chance and Queen Mary University of London resulting from the recently enacted insolvency law.
