We investigate molecular mechanisms underlying various human diseases. Our multidisciplinary research spans transcriptional and epigenetic regulation, RNA biology, immunology and transposable elements. Employing functional genomics, bioinformatics, biochemical and single-cell analysis, we aim to uncover fundamental processes and develop novel therapeutic approaches in cancer, cardiovascular, neurodevelopment, metabolic, and other chronic and aging-related diseases.
