Welcome to this month’s TELT newsletter. With the campuses back to life and the start of the semester in full swing we wanted to share some helpful updates. Keep reading to find out more about recent updates, and news about QMplus assignment settings, QMplus Media. FAQs – Frequently Asked Questions

Q1: A student cannot see their modules on QMplus despite being enrolled on MySIS.
A: Check to see if the course has been hidden by the module organiser. This can be done by navigating to ‘Settings’ then ‘General’ and ‘Course Visibility’. 

Q2: I cannot find a staff member's email address to enrol them on a course. 
A: The staff member may not have a QMplus account, or they have one and are already enrolled on the course. 

Q3: Q-Review failed to capture a recording. 
A: The recording may not have been scheduled to record. The Q-Review Bookings team can confirm whether this is the case. If the recording was scheduled to record the issue could be hardware related, or the recording could have been accidentally interrupted. In either case an ITS helpdesk ticket should be raised by contacting the Helpdesk
